Mengbanaxi Rarity Garden is an ecology garden with many valuable, rare and ancient trees and stones. With an investment of 58 million yuan, the Rarity Garden is a large ecological garden covering an area of 25.1 hectares. Simple, mysterious, natural, elegant and magnificient, the garden has a rich cultural and scientific value. It is a place for appreciating rarities and a natural classroom for real life geological and palaeontological lessons.

¡¡¡¡Rarity Garden has four features which rank it first in China: the largest number and scale of hundred-year-old stone trees, the largest number and scale of fossilized trees and fossilized jade trees, the largest number and scale of the large-sized root-carvings, and the highest living rate of transplanted and old trees. There are also many rare, precious flora like millenary sweet osmanthus, millenary crape myrtles, millenary Chinese littleleaf boxwood, and 500-year-old banyan trees, and frangipani, triangle plum blossoms of 300 years old---all setting a record in the history of Chinese gardening.

¡¡¡¡Rarity Garden has saved, preserved, and planted a great number of ancient and valuable floras and created many high quality typical tourist scenes. It has becoming a model of ecological and environmental protection.(Reported and photoed by Si Zhiming)
